How to backup emails on MS Outlook?

If it is ms office 2007 then
Go to tools tab from menu, click on account setting then you will get a window, select Data files tab, under that click on open folder.
Here is the .pst files , copy these files and paste it whrere you want(d drive, pen drive, etc.)
