During data transfer from source file to sap, if there are documents or drawings attached to each material in data, what will happen to such documents or drawings? can all documents/drawings be transfer to sap at once or we have to do it seperately?

Answer #4For this we have use another module SAP DMS, in that module we can upload the drawing and assign the reference in material master
