The answer should be like, if i ever get a chance to be a part of this factory i will put all my efforts for my department to fullfil the needs of my department. And i will try to make my department keep updated with work

As team leader I will understand the organization goals and prepare the action plan to reach the goal. Percolate the target goals to the next level colleagues and lead them to achieve the goals and being part of their success. At the end of the day the success is the first.
