I understand that the role of a hostess is very important for employer owing to the fact that it is a tier one job. From greeting customers, to showing them their tables, presenting menus and taking orders, I can do all in the most effective way. I know just when I need to ask a particular question and when to wait so that I am not interrupting a customers’ own conversation.
