Answer:
The interviewer should look for the following answers: Being proficient means having had the proper training in different sizes, design [e.g., transit vs. convention], equipment, [e.g., wheelchair lifts, tie downs, emergency exits], gauges and controls, and so on before being allowed to transport students on any highway unsupervised.
