How do I customize the Toolbar in MS Word?

If you want all of the choices in the menu bar to display when you mouse click on the menu (that way you don't have the expand arrow at the bottom), do the following:
* On the Tools menu, click Customize
* Click the Options tab
* Checkmark the Always show full menus
* On the Tools menu, click Customize
* Click the Options tab
* Checkmark the Always show full menus
