I usually use Autocratic or the coercive management style where I based my Decision on the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of my team members. I only use this when they have few knowledge regarding with the situation or scenario. Further, I also use the democratic or participative management style where I gather first their respective opinions, thoughts, and suggestions on the present scenario or situation and thereby consolidated the same for Decision making.
