I want to be the treasurer because I am very interested in Finance and Economics and will soon be switching my major to reflect that. I want to use my financial skills to help this school.

Possibly, but the same fundamentals of Treasurer will be maintained, such as the requirement of being well-kept and having the ability to make decisions for the good of the company. I will continue to give support and effort.

Because finance requires a lot of efforts, challenge and intelligence if you work in the industry and in return it pays you deservedly.

One of my previous roles as a banking intern was a HR intern. Whilst at this department I had to keep information such as payroll etc confidential. In my current role as a finance intern there is information such as staff loans etc that are to kept confidential.
