1 :: Explain me why are you the best treasury assistant for us?

You should hire me because I have these skills that you needed in your company. I am a hard worker and I know that I have a proper training in terms of dealing a job that has been assigned to me.

2 :: Explain me about your work experience?

Even though I have never played any role in the treasury front office, I have experience in treasury operations and hence understand the operations of the financial market. I understand how the market operates and investment instruments.

Everything is prepared and I can see things clearly. I don't have to clear my way out of murky situations, and all the expenses are well-documented.

I work extremely well under preassure I tend to manage my time well, and I won't stop until it's perfect although sometimes I may falter.

I am honest to myself and I work with love and passion. As a fresh applicant I may commit mistake but I know how to correct it in terms of realization, acceptance and change.

Try not to be too critical when answering this question. Instead, pick one of your weaknesses and try to turn it into a positive.

For example, you could be a perfectionist, which means that you sometimes take longer on tasks, but you make sure that they are completed to a high quality. It is important to make a negative into a positive as it doesn’t make you appear overly critical and shows you can reflect on your own performance.

Probably at the junior level however I am good a recognizing the strengths of co-workers and believe I could assign tasks that would compliment their strengths.

Decisions which will favourably impact my organisation are the easiest decisions to make. The most difficult situations is where there are high risks involved or where it may affect a member of the team.

One of my basic role is to advice market trends and where the market of money market and derivatives instruments is going therefore I am monitoring everything worldwide hourly and keep my eye on everything even small news and this gives you idea of my detailed oriented skills. This is actually my daily work skill.

This is when you talk about your record of getting things done. Go into specifics from your résumé and portfolio; show an employer your value and how you’d be an asset.

My family, when it comes to family I am very sensitive I want them to be happy with the things that I'am doing I want them to be proud of me, if we have problems I just pray and after that I provide a possible solution to solve it.

Conflict resolution, problem solving, communication and coping under pressure are transferable skills desired by many employers.

18 :: Explain me example of a time when you made a mistake. How did you handle it?

I was once playing a golf tournament in Phoenix at a course I had never played before. After finishing one of the holes, it was unclear where the next hole was. I asked a man who worked there, but he was very hard to understand and I was in a rush. I basically heard him say follow me I'm heading that way, as he took off in his cart. So I went the way he did, but it turns out I didn't go far enough and I almost teed off on the wrong hole. Luckly I saw the sign that said hole#13 out of the corner of my eye before taking a swing.

19 :: Explain me about your education. How has it prepared you for a career as a Treasurer?

I've always been at the top of my math class, and math requires a lot of organization and meticulous work. I believe my years of math have prepared me for this job.

20 :: Explain me about your expertise in posting deposits, maintaining financial records, and reconciling bank accounts?

I don't have any work experience in this kind of field but If I'm going to be trained I will do my very best to learn the procedures and actions to do in this kind of work.

21 :: Suppose I were to ask your previous employer, what would they say about your job performance?

They'd say I had a great performance reputation and that I worked hard to get my jobs done well and thoroughly.

22 :: Explain about a time when you fell behind your work. How did it happen and how did you catch up?

When I was in charge of new task with little guideline or any training, I often fell behind my work and a little bit embarrassed. I had to seek for some one in my network who used to work on this matter and asked him some questions that hindered me. Then I figured out the problem and the solution, and I can have the brighter way for the next time.

23 :: Explain me why do you want to work as School district treasurer for this organisation?

Being unfamiliar with the organisation will spoil your chances with 75% of interviewers, according to one survey, so take this chance to show you have done your preparation and know the company inside and out. My greatest strenght is my integrity and I think that helps in respect to my details request when it comes to my work as a treasury assistant.

25 :: Explain me about your post-secondary education. What was your favorite course? Which course was the most challenging for you and why?

I am graduated in BS office administration, from the word office we know how or what are the basic office operations such as filing, organizing preparing basic financial statements the in flow and outflow of the cash or products.
