It would be great if you did - then you could potentially use them as a referral if they thought highly of you.

This can be a very tricky question as the individual asking it is probably digging for something other than a simple answer to the question. We recommend that you don't immediately respond to the question directly. Instead, say something like, “That a difficult question.
