Most importantly they must be able to articulate the vision to the team and inspire them to work together to collectively achieve that goal

When I was in college, I took an art class to supplement my curriculum. I didn't take it very seriously, and assumed that, compared to my Engineering classes, it would be a walk in the park. The interviewer could be asking you this question for a number of reasons. Obviously, the salary is an important factor to your interest in this job, but it should not be the overriding reason for your interest. A good answer to this question is, “The salary was very attractive, but the job itself is what was most attractive to me.”

Technology is important to almost every job today but it's not meant to be abused. I believe it's important to increase productivity and not for personal use.
