Answer:
Many a times, people abuse the patients and do not do what is expected of them. As a nursing assistant, your first priority is patient. Therefore, if you notice anything wrong, you first have to find out if any harm was caused to the patient and then act accordingly. The interviewer needs to know whether or not you have the patient’s interest at heart.
