Answer:
I am responsible for creating and implementing solid medical records systems, in sync with care requirements, and statutory protocols. As a medical records supervisor, it is my duty to make sure that all records and files under my supervision are kept in a confidential manner, and retrieved only after verifying the authority of the requester.
