If a supplier fails to deliver on a certain date, how do you handle the problem?

Answer #1I should be sefty my self.
Answer #2Try to track the delivery and expiate it before the delay happened. Once it occurred, try to get another confirmed date that doesn't affect my operation and put evaluate the option of cancelled the PO if I feel there is commitment problem. Once I get my stuff I have to activiate the LD term.
