I have been rejected twice for f1 visa on 13th DEC 2010 and 23th DEC. I have enough funds, so should i go for third time or should i wait for fall?

i guess waitin fr fall would be a better option .. as i read
somewhre that ... there should be an adequate gap between
the 2 appointments and healthy reasons enough for them to
reconsider ur app ... all i mean to say is if its ur third
attempt and u hve sumthn "new and prolific" that they can
see at this moment then only go fr it .. els don take a
chance .. No. of attempts might make a diff next time if ur
luck doesnt favor u now ... wait fr fall i wud say .. go a
little early fr it i.e wait fr a month or 2 ...
