I am a physics postgraduate at present doing M.Tech.(Hydrology) from IIT ROORKEE and I have been selected for Ph.D. at RRCAT kindly advice me which will be a better option for me?

According to me both are very good options. But if you like research filed to be taken as your career I would suggest you to go for Ph.D. at RRCAT.
