Answer #1There may be several good answers. Some include: you're able to set realistic, yet aggressive goals that push you and you're able to achieve them, you go the extra mile on all projects, client satisfaction is high, your boss is elated at your performance on all projects, etc.
Answer #2It is quite easy, Institution of this size and profession i believe has a sound strategic or business plan that serve as a framework towards achieving the ultimate vision of the setup. So I will use it to check set objectives against time and budget allocation.
