Answer #2It is a learning curve and it helped me understand different aspects of how the upper management works with customers, the business acumen part.
I learned how to strategize, plan and execute some of the projects. How to work with people and bring the best out of them.In this process, I also got improved on competencies which are important to me for my long term growth
