Explain me about a time when someone gave you difficult feedback. How did you handle it?
Answer:
The most difficult had back I would say is when a customer ask me to drop him of at the stop light because he forgot his phone and wanted to return and come back with me. But when I came up with a better option he was happy for the my action.
