I need help weight and motivation problem?
I can’t stay forced I can work out for 2 weeks and eat hale and hearty but after that I very soon quit I am 14 5ft 5 in height and weigh 150 pounds I want to get built with abs I necessitate help please

The weight loss is not only eating less, its eating the right foods at the right time. Eat 4-5 smaller meals daily instead of 3 big meals.Consume more of fresh vegetables and fruits and avoid packaged food.

I suggest you to do Exercise 5 days in a week, you can join gym for that purpose but never do too much exercise, cuz excess of every thing is harmful.
You cannot discover the new oceans unless you have the courage to lose the sight of the shore.
