Asking about a candidate's experience with other employers in the community is a good way for an interviewer to test loyalty. The interviewer favors a response that's thoughtful and professional rather than a critical response about a former employer.

In my present profession, I often have the opportunity and requirement to work with another organization which happens to be monitoring my client in a different capacity than my duties. First requirement is to make sure that that organization has the authority to discuss the client with me, secondly we normally exchange information and our diverse actions we are using in order to assist the client.
